I see that you are a member of the group of people who don't understand that the People who really fricked up this country are the "Silent Generation"(Those that weren't old enough to fight in WW2) and the "Greatest Generation"

Why do I blame those groups? They were the ones who passed all of the welfare and social services bull shite that is bankrupting our country today.
I have been saying that for a while. That generation was not good at saving money , a lot of the "silent generation" is on food stamps because the only source of income they have is Social Security.
But , in fairness to them , they didn't have 401k's. It's easier to save money when it comes out of your paycheck.

You’re right and I agree with you 100%. But millennials, on the whole, are more physically conservative than the boomers and gen x’rs. Yes there are Supreme loud mouths that media and everyone else fawn over that love gem some government issued freedoms, but most just want to be left the frick alone and live their lives.

what exactly is the age group of millennials? I raised some damned fine human beings thank you very much.

It's 25 for the House, meaning the first election the earliest Boomers could run in would've been in 1972.

Not the widespread divorces and abandoning of their first wife and kids, unlike their parents who didn’t get divorced.
Complete and utter bullshite.
Divorce rates were steady at about 23% from the 1940s through the 1960s
In 1970 No Fault Divorce became the new standard.
Divorce rates immediately jumped by 10%+
Baby Boomers weren't in position to pass those laws. They were too young to be elected to positions of power.

Are you a boomer? If so, all should answer this before calling bullshite.
Did your parents get divorced?
And
How many failed marriages have you had?

Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders are members of the Silent Generation.

They worked for companies when the companies still had pension plans.
They also passed policies that ran companies and manufacturing jobs out of the country.
frick them!

The biggest mistake was everyone listening to liberal psychologist et al, in to believing that you were supposed to be nice to your children and tell them how special they were. To give them awards just for trying and not for winning. For caring about children's ---- FEELINGS.
The "praised" generation is the first raised this way and you see the results.
We were beaten or punished. We understood that actions had consequences. We were told that nobody cares about our FEELINGS. We were told to make lemonade out of lemons.
Truly, it is not the millennial fault they are fricked up - it is their parents.
Gen Xer proud of his three little Gen Z badasses.

My father who was born in 1935 was divorced once.
He married my mother and they remained married until they both died. 47 years
I have been married 31 years.
I have 5 children.
3 are Millennials
2 are in whatever the generation a 15 and 13 year old are.
Yes I am a tail end Boomer. Born in 1961.

Grats on being rarer than a unicorn, but if you just searched divorce rates by generation, it peaked with boomers and is now falling with millennials and gen x. It is just a matter of fact based on raw data.

I think the boomers started getting stupid with the advent of laugh tracks on TV sitcoms.

I'm a Boomer with three daughters in their kid to late 30s and a 21 year old Son who came late to me, second marriage ... and I can see a big difference between the generations although I attribute much of it to female vs male and also to their mothers.
My first wife, a nurse, evolved into a flaming liberal I think mainly because her entire family are liberals. And she in turn had a lot of influence on my girls because I was working a traveling a lot ... my oldest is a lost cause UNC & UC Berkeley attorney. My second oldest is moderate but still fairly feminist, she runs a chain of restaurants. My youngest daughter is moderate with a PhD in Early Developmental Childhood Psychology, she's written a couple of books and she teaches at a couple of major universities. All three are now married, two of them have now given me grandbabies.
My second wife, the love of my life, she's a corporate ladder climber and much younger than I. She's as Conservative as they come. Our Son is the same, he never let college affect him or away him in that regard. He's a Business Finance major, Kappa Alpha and all that stuff ... he's Southerner to the bone and makes good grades but would rather be in the woods hunting or on the lake fishing than anything else except hitting the patooty. Not a big drinker, doesn't do drugs, despises CNN and MSNBC, calls his professors on their bullshite from time to time although it's not a big deal at the Conservative Lutheran College that he attends.
I dunno guys. This whole generation thing ... it's more that do with women influencing things than anything else IMHO. It's the female gender that has been given to my check influence in this country and we have no one to blame but ourselves for that one.

I posted earlier why divorce rates increased in the 1970s.
They passed "No Fault Divorce" Everywhere!
Boomers aren't at fault for that legislation. They were too young to be in positions of power to pass it.
Again for 1945 to 1970 divorce rates stayed consistent in the low 20s % wise.
After no fault divorce legislation passed around the country divorce rates jumped over 10% immediately.
