Typical of the BBC (and left-wing journalism in general) in not knowing the actual laws before producing this mental vomitus. Many municipalities in the UK hve passed many laws restricting where dogs, those that are not for assistance at least, may be taken. Also, the followers of a pedophile and goat humper can kick rocks.
