Anything observing IQ differences is dismissed as "white nationalism" by certain people. I would think data which suggest Chinese superiority in intellect might not be considered "white supremacy". But then there are people like you dragging your knuckles across the earth....
Besides, that isn't the only source, if you're referring to "IQ and the Wealth of Nations".
This is information that is available from multiple sources, including NCBI peer-reviewed studies from various decades. It isn't fabricated.

Assuming a normal distribution, then half of Somalians are LOWER than this. There has to be some flaw in the test or the assumptions behind it.
The average person for an entire country isn’t mentally challenged.

LG, here is a list from Brainstats.com. It cites study done by a British and Finnish pair (the Finn was even a political scientist, strangely), back from 2002 to 2006 and has the 68 number for Somalia.
I have to warn you, though, the list is pretty racist.

I love how every time this data is posted, its "white supremacy" yet whites aren't at the top. 
Eastern Asians and Jewish people have always been at the top of AVERAGE IQ studies.
So if you look at these numbers as one should, a belle curve, it would explain the political corruption in low IQ countries. Those in lower average IQ countries with higher IQ's can ascend to the top of the food chain rather easily and manipulate the system, IMO. Ilhan Omar is not in her native country, but she is clearly intelligent enough to know how to use her race and the generosity of the United States to run her agenda.
