I'd be shocked to find out that you can walk upright.

Ok so my opinion doesn't matter to you. Just some clown on a message board. You don't feel outraged but you also don't appreciate it. You're certainly not going to spend your time and money supporting my business if I do things like that. Appropriate response, yes?

The flag is a symbol of national sovereignty. The pledge is not a symbol at all. It's a flatout declaration.

I don't get that response. It is the ultimate display of freedom to burn a flag, and it makes me proud I live in a country where that is possible. I personally wouldn't burn one, but I love the 1st amendment. Could you imagine doing that in China? You'd never see the light of day again.

So they're exercising their Constitutional right against the Constitution that gives them that right?

Since when have we cared what other countries thought of us?

I just don't get all the frothing at the mouth over this. Some players do stretches during the anthem and nobody says a damn thing.

And I keep seeing people saying they're tired of seeing the NFL mixed with politics, yet this board has been 75% NFL talk for several days now.

What do you not get? I didn't say they should be arrested. I said I would knock them out for disrespecting it. Seems very simple to understand actually.

Just like if I said the N word, I shouldn't be in jail. But if I get knocked out, I deserve it.

I see it, hell breaks loose. End of story. I would not have a second thought in my mind except get the flag and punch anyone in my way. I'll take the jail time for it. I run my own business. So not like I'd get fired.

It's not just America. This is something important to the entire World. Go watch World Cup highlights. Watch other countries; from Argentina to France.

The flag of a nation, and their anthem. They should always be respected. It is a symbol of a nation's history, it's culture, and it's togetherness.

I stand by my stance. If I ever saw a liberal burning or stomping on my flag, I am going to jail that day. Because someone's head is getting blooded.

Luckily, you won't see a conservative burning or stomping on your flag....they're too busy hiding behind it.

But it's nice to know that you would bloody someone's head for exercising their right to free speech granted them by this flag and this nation that you seem desperate in your attempt to show allegiance to.

So I should be able to call a black person the N word. Without being hit? Correct? Cause I'm pretty sure if I heard a white guy yelling the N word I would feel no sympathy for him if he got knocked out. He deserved it.

You have the right to free speech. Not the right from repercussions of it. I feel no sympathy. Burn the flag, meet my fist. If you'd like to discuss policies, that is more than fine. My father died and we put that flag over his casket. Symbolizes the man he was and what he spent 12 years of his life for. So yes. You can burn it, but I will hurt you.

No, you wouldn't deserve to be knocked out. You might expect to be shunned in certain circles but saying a word should not result in your physical harm.

Naw. 21st century. If you are still going to call a black person that, then you deserve to be hit. Maybe it would knock sense into you.

That's not what you posted originally. you said you would deserve to be knocked out just for saying the word. Now you're creating an altercation with a black person as part of the setting. Still, you only get knocked out if you allow it. It's not sometyhing you deserve.

Because we don't know each other I would never insult you unless you insulted me first. But an insult is in the mind of the receiver. I might not bother.

If your business was convenient and helpful to me then, of course I would patronize it. If I found your behavior to be objectionable then I would look for another business.

The NFL teams in London knelt for our Anthem and stood for Britain's. What an absolute disgrace.

They were kneeling in defiance of Trump’s statements.

I don’t recall Theresa May or Queen Elizabeth calling their peers sons of bitches, so why would they kneel during “God Save the Queen”?

Well, you see "against" but I see "for" the Constitution. The Constitution wasn't meant to be worshipped, but to be exercised.

First, I wouldn't burn the flag. I've got better things to do with my time.

Second, I find it ironic that you blather on about your patriotism towards America and then gloat about the possibility of breaking the law.
