So far this term, liberal Supreme Court justices have supported forced participation in
1) abortion advocacy (NIFLA),
2) religious ceremonies (Masterpiece bakery)
3) union political activities (Janus).
But Trump is the dangerous fascist authoritarian because he writes mean stuff on muh twitterz
Classy, high IQ posters like BamaAtl, tigerdoc, Vor, Brian Wilson, kickadawg....where is your outrage at these 4 justices?

I thought the ruling was NOT forcing union participation.

I think it's legitimate to respect the majority votes of workplaces to be represented by a union that chooses to bind all employees together for the purposes of collective bargaining, if not for political organizing (which can generally be opted out of).

True. But, the libs on the court didn't feel like following the constitution was a good idea so they took the opposite side.

Why stop there, liberal justices have been trying to force Americans into participating in everything from selling grain in Wickard to buying health insurance in Obamacare. The party of "liberty" sure likes dictating what others do a whole lot.
