Yeah I cringe when the board gets posted like that. A big draw here is that it seems to be off the radar. At least the best it can be.

What kind of private info does this collect that would be something the fbi would want? Obviously other than posts, so key to try to stay away from posting to much personal stuff.

my God that message board is a catastrophe of lazy spoiled brats with soft hands. Every one of them will live under a bridge blaming everyone and everything but themselves when their parents finally kick them out of the house.

e-mail addresses. How many posters do you think use "free" or work emails?

I've looked at basically all the political subreddits at some point or another because I like to try to at least get where people are coming from even if I disagree, so this is what i took from that particular sub:

The sub had a huge problem because the name doesn't really fit the belief of at least some of the members, so you had half the crowd being people who actually don't want to work that want to critique capitalism all day, and the other half being a mixed bag of people just critiquing things like labor exploitation, corporate overreach, etc. When there is a split like that it doesn't take much for something to blow up

It was actually started by the latter portion of your post. People that actually had careers but were in a position where they had to work harder / longer than previous generations because the dollar just doesn't go as far as it used to.

There was actually a pretty good example from one of the 1st posts I ever read on that sub about how a guys dad worked at Fedex as a package handler in college and was able to pay for school and buy a house shortly after graduating with funds he had saved up. The son of that guy worked at the same Fedex and went to the same college but still had to take out loans because what he was paid at Fedex didn't even cover the entire tuition. Stories like that were the original idea behind the sub but due to its name it attracted a fairly large range of people. As evidenced by whatever that was on foxnews yesterday.

Yeah that sub was a good read early on. I got into it because of how job hopping from one place to another is the modern day way of getting a raise. Older generations just can’t grasp that concept until one day they see the entry level guy making as much as them. It also pointed out how corporations can be just as bad as the government.

But that sub morphed into a communistic social jerk that’s just a great read for how laughable it is now.

And should be done more often for that reason.

Another example of the Woke Left ruining something that had some legitimacy.
