The officer in question was paid to neutralize a situation such as this.

He was found not guilty on 29 counts of child endangerment.

only took one hour for the jury to find not guilty in this 2 weeklong miscarriage trial. the jury must have understood the situation better than the mouthy folks above

While it isn't what I would do, it is legally acceptable to wait until you have a 3-man team, which is the bare minimum in the training materials. That doesn't mean that you can't go solo, but a 3-4 man element is what's trained.
