No, tps is for 18 months and has to be signed off on by the executive branch, over and over. Its staggered by country depending on when they were originally given the status.
Thats what is so ignorant about judges decisions. The executive branch does not sign off when their date comes around and they go home. Which is what is happening now.
What is a mess is these people now have large families.....who are citizens, and tps does not allow for a path to citizenship because it was never intended to be that.
