Nah

Less than lethal ammo should’ve been used though in my opinion. Especially if in fact they knew it was a pellet gun like OP claims

I'm not rah rah for the enforcers, but frick, what the hell are they supposed to do.

This is suicide by cop...all he has to do is take a step forward after being ordered to drop the gun.

Do you search for black person shot by police daily?

Cause it seems like you have a fixation and a tiny little bit of an agenda.

If that’s true and you are obsessed with that topic you need to ask yourself why.

When you look inside you might find hate in your heart.

That could lead to you becoming a happy person but it will take hard work and
perseverance.

Police are supposed to intervene and act to prevent innocent loss of life. Armed persons who refuse to disarm after repeated lawful verbal commands are subject to being stopped. They are presumed to be a threat.

Joe Sixpack is under no such obligation.

he wasnt a threat. the gun was pointed up

So, you are saying he was still in open possession of a firearm and was refusing instructions/orders to drop the weapon?

No way I’d be a cop today with all the nut jobs you have to deal with. Making split second decisions and wanting to make it home to your own families. In 90% of these incidents the people involved did not listen to the orders given by police. If that wasn’t the case they fought with the police. When a cop gives an order your arse needs to listen.

So, you are confirming he was still in open possession of a firearm and was refusing instructions/orders to drop the weapon.

What, exactly, should the cops have done? Approach him? Ignore the gun in his hand? Why don't you dazzle us with your law enforcement or psychology expertise.

they had the opportunity to shoot him when he was actually raising his hands with the gun sherlock. they waited until his were actually up before shooting him.

if they didnt do anything wrong, why did they try to cover it up?

I always give the police the benefit of the doubt, but the cop talking in this video needs to be hung from a tree. Nothing but a loser on a power trip.

I’d like to see the non blurred version before making a claim either way.

But what I can say is he didn’t care if he lived or died. Anyone who does that doesn’t care about their life.

Meh. It looked more like assisted suicide.
