Chuck Schumer himself said in 1999 that it would be used as political tool after his homeboy Billy was impeached. Now that the shoe is on the other foot things are different this time.

Problem is, there is one little portion in there that isn't correct. And it seems like an important piece.
"He must either surrender all evidence relevant to the facts he has disputed or concede the facts as charged."
^^ these would be the shenanigans McConnell says he installed kill switches to prevent.
