the only thing that saved your arse from being banned was the question mark, you know it, that's why you put it there. You really are a miserable POS.

Why not let her drive? Certainly if she can shoot straight...steering is no big deal...amirite? Like I said, I know everything I need to know about your responsibilities as a parent. You are the problem.

Yeah, because shooting a .22 is the same as a fully automatic Uzi. As long as it's done responsibly it's not really a problem. And your driving comparison is dumb. A 5 yo can't see or reach the pedals, making it a lot more dangerous.

If more kids were brought up with the proper training and mindset, you'd see fewer accidents. The knife and scissor comparison was much better.

Fascinating. To counter absolutely fricktarded parenting skills all you can do is come up with insults.

I hope you don't have to attend a funeral in the future, because parenting...you're doing it wrong.

(can't say the same for the little boy who killed himself with an UZI at the Mass. gun show ).

What? UZI with live ammunition at a gun show? I hadn't heard of this.

More Darwin at work

The gun cult here will tell you, nothing to see here, good parenting happening.

biohzrd said that his daughter shoots a Cricket? Do you have any idea what that is? I'm guessing not.

This is my thoughts in teaching kids to shoot firearms. Really when and what kids shoot is 100% up to the parents. Parents that teach kids to shoot at an early age are teaching the kids gun safety as well. Kids that are taken to the range to shoot with parents and taught how to properly handle a firearm are not curious about firearms. So if they were to see one that was laying around unattended they are intrigued to pick it up. I don't know biohzrd but I would bet he has told his daughter numerous times that if she ever sees a gun and adults aren't around to walk away and notify a parent. A kid that was never told that might go pick up the gun because they have never seen one. Then what is the gun was left loaded and they pull the trigger?

Someone brought up nerfguns and supersoakers. These actually could teach kids the wrong things about guns. What is the first thing a kid wants to do when you hand them a nerfgun or supersoaker? They want to shoot their buddy, brother or sister. So what does this teach the kids about a gun? As I see it kids learn that you point guns at people. I think taking your kids to the range and teaching them proper gun safety with real guns is better than just giving them play guns. Just to clarify a 5 year old shouldn't shoot anything besides a rimfire rifle. around the age of 8-10 is when I think most kids can step up to some centerfire guns.

Just to let you know a cricket is a single shot .22 rimfire. It's designed with the sole purpose of teaching kids to shoot.

Also you say "arming a 5 yr old" like biohzrd gave his daughter a gun and said, "here you go this is yours to keep under you pillow and take wherever you go." I can promise you that isn't the case. he said that he keeps the guns locked up.

You just ignored when biohzrd said all guns are locked up in his house, and kept talking about letting here drive. Which makes absolutely NO sense. Oh and I don't think it's possible to "steer straight".

A fire arm is a fire arm.

They don't exist for show. The idea is to point one end and shoot things.

He mentioned he let's her drive too...I'm certain he thinks he is a responsible parent and the day he is rushing his 5 year old to the ER...well I hope he reflects on this conversation.

If you follow the 5 rules of gun safety its impossible to shoot something you don't intend too shoot.

Like I said earlier..... Your rant is totally baseless and ignorant. You have no clue as to who I am as a person, or how I teach my child. Unlike you I realize you are absolutely unable to truly grasp the concept of irresponsible gun ownership, nor can you understand the pride I have in passing on this right, and gift to my child.

Honestly your tirades are falling on deaf ears. Just remember it took people like me to protect the freedoms of people like yourself. I honestly wish you all the best to you and your family. Even Rex...

Do you even know what the hell a Power Wheels is? Wow!!! I'll just let you Google that and realize how off base and ignorant of a person you really are.

And please stop using the late president Reagan as your avatar. You truely are not anywhere close to being worthy enough to do so.
