I think violence is hereditary in the whole Human species; we are an apex predator. Smarter people can be more violent as well; and far more efficient in their violence.

That said, Blacks do have higher testosterone levels than Whites, lest I am mistaken. When it comes down to the small things, I would imagine that hormonal affects manifest accordingly in real life scenarios wherein conflict is likely.

The Deep State might think they can control this stuff; but it's far bigger than even the smartest of them imagine. A hard bit in a wild stallions mouth, won't bring him to heal...just make him more rebellious.
