If they pass the supplemental defense spending bill it will go past 60 days. Trump will say it amounts to a ratification under the WPR.

Iran will decide when it is over. They will take usa/Israel to a level of pain where they say we can't attack Iran again. Our bases in middle east will be gone. Dubai, qatar, Bahrain, use are finished. Israel getting wrecked.

Total control is ending their BM and drone strokes, both of which have increased in past couple days after the major restaging during phase 1 of our assault. Their launchers particularly the large more updated ones are now decentralized in hardened locations that we are very much not in total control of.
Total control is not getting LNG fields struck, thats happening thanks to israel(supposedly we didn't know if you think they aren't lying). So at the very least we aren't in control of israel obviously.
Total control is an open strait of hormuz with military guarantees and a successful naval projection of power.
We bombed the crap out of them but we are not in control of anything at this point. Even if we declared victory and walked away, what would stop iran from keeping the strait closed and/or halting their launches...?
