He gets to be the one who enforces Biden’s vaccine mandate and he is none too happy about it. It’s an Alabama firm and a good many of its employees are unvaccinated. And, unlike private companies, there is no way they can sue to block it.

They could just not do it.

They going to fire the whole place if they don't?

Schindler managed to make ammunition that didn't work for years in his factories.

Surely they can figure out how to be incompetent enough to drag this out until the SC tosses it.

That sounds good, but if these dickheads actually go through with the $14,000 fines, businesses will cave.

Tell him just to lie or just be flat out lazy as hell at this part of his job. He should encourage his employees to lie to him and he take them at their word.

Money can be made. Hell, it can be printed. Life is more valuable than a 14k penalty from a mentally challenged usurper

I wonder if the employee could offer to pay the $14k fine?

HR people are just paid executioners. They don’t really get to decide what happens.

So, he's a 'jack boot', whose actions may cause calamitous harm to those whom his enforcement affects? He should be more than "none too happy"; if it were me...I'd be really worried about some rogue workplace violence reaction targeting me. That is being "between a rock and a hard place".

Your friend must feel how the good Germans felt when Hitler told them to stuff Jews in the ovens. Just doing their job after all, they had bills to pay!

That's true. So is the converse. If these business and the others who don't agree with this start chanting "F**k Joe Biden" then maybe they cave.

The question is; Is that 13.6k per week AND per employee?

If it's a flat 13.6 per week a lot of businesses would be wise to just pay it. if it comes to that.
