The vast majority of Sig firearms in the U.S. are from New Hampshire. They haven’t come from Schaffhausen in quite some time.

Why does a "neutral" country export firearms to begin with? That's frickin stupid.

Seems like the Swiss HAVE chosen sides in this conflict. Its just not our side.

I'll bet we remember this and find a chance to stick it to them in the future. Hopefully it involves fricking over some central banks.

I can't think of a whole lot they make that we use now that Rheinmetall bought Oerlikon.

I do want a SG 553R to add to the safe though.

If only they made a Swiss Navy Knife, that could help with mine sweeping, they’d be useful.

Ahh, the virtue signaling Swiss. The same group the “holds” foreign assets of cartels, drug and arms smugglers, and third world dictators.

They also refused to give the jewish families the money they held related to Holocaust victims.

The cheese is nice, though.

Not the old Swiss sig stuff. Those rifles and weapons were precision heirlooms.

Also does this mean no more B&T?

I forgot about B&T.

And I wonder if this export ban is just for DoD customers or all US customers.

The Swiss still put up the charade that they are neutral bystanders, eh?

Fascinating stuff.

They had some ownership changes within the firearms division(s). I can’t remember the specifics, but I believe the U.S. company is separate from the Swiss company now. I think a German division split off as well.
