Sooooo, people are upset that a Communist memorial was defaced outside of a Jewish synagogue? Besides the fact that there is no way to tell who defaced the memorial (and there is every reason to be skeptical of this), why is there a memorial to Americans who fought on behalf of international communism in a foreign civil war outside a Jewish synagogue in the first place? And why is this monument to supporters of the Comintern presented as sacred? That's a much more interesting line of inquiry in my opinion.
