This one hurts. I will always be high on folks like Susan Collins, Brian Kemp, Larry Hogan, Phil Scott, etc. On this board, they are considered RINOs, but in reality, they were just winners in blue/purple states. In spite of this board, the population of posters here is not a microcosm of the reality of the US.

Collins was the best we as Republicans were gonna get in that state. She voted right when it really mattered without pissing off her people. This one is gonna hurt.

No. You are very simple, and sadly are most of the American people. This vote against Trump does not make gas and diesel prices go down tomorrow or even a month from now. Its not like ordering from Amazon, yes or no your product is available and you will have it in 2-3 days. Truckers and farmers are still going to pay high prices for a while until things settle out.
This is where the chickens come to roost. Would be nice to have that Keystone pipeline on line right about now, to reduce our exposure to middle east shenanigans. But no...."Muh environment" and it was killed by the Biden administration, nevermind the thousands of miles of pipeline already under our soil.
Iran has/had to be handled. No question. I'm willing to pay more for a while. Sadly too many Americans are too short sighted to see it through.
