Supreme Court Rejects Sidney Powell’s election fraud petitions without further comment

It wasn’t an earth-shattering Monday morning when it came to Supreme Court orders, but court watchers may have noticed that the justices, without comment or explanation, jettisoned more lingering 2020 election challenges. It happened one week after SCOTUS cleared out several similar cases and the morning after Donald Trump repeated the “stolen” election lie to his loyal followers at CPAC.
The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other “Kraken”-aligned lawyers filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases took issue with the election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court said Monday. That’s it, that’s the order.
The matter-of-factness and brevity stands in stark contrast to the urgency and “public importance” that the lawyers communicated in the since-dismissed petitions.

It seems as if it was the deep state/Roberts middle finger back to Trump after yesterday.

Of course, that will not stop CNN, PMSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, NYT, WaPo, etc. from declaring that the Supreme Court has done a complete and thorough investigation and declared that the 2020 election was completely devoid of any fraud and declared unequivocally that 81 million people actually voted for this dementia-riddle, beyond f*cking corrupt, groping RAPIST who literally hid and slept in his basement for the last three months of the election.

None of those questions were answered and the Supreme Court did not take up any of its time explaining why it did not do so.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the Court refusing to grant Mandamus to a Powell filing does not equate to mocking God.

Recent statements by Thomas and Alito, clearly in SC Justice speak, basically call their fellow cohorts reckless cowards by their inactions.

Roberts is protected by the deep state cabal and the deep state just got the full power of the DC beast's control back.
Roberts controls the brains of the beast-the FISA court.
Both the D's & the GOPe will protect Roberts and they are the only ones that can impeach and remove him.
Until the GOPe & democrats no longer reign we can expect more of this.
The only issue that could come of this is Roberts being political but the swamp doesn't GAF.

Did anybody expect anything different? They might touch the issues in cases regarding the issues brought up in the lawsuits in other election(s) in the future because they can always throw out the results of a non-presidential election and have a redo, but they cannot order a redo of a presidential election. SCOTUS made it crystal clear that they were not going to touch any presidential election case (especially when the state legislature(s) were not pressing the issue) with a 39 and half foot pole when they rejected the Texas case.

I'm all MAGA and despise John Roberts, but it's very possible that Sidney Powell just doesn't have anything and the Supreme Court isn't going to waste its time on a case without real evidence.
