Not required. That the Colorado Supreme Court made a factual finding that he did so and was ineligible is all that's required per the 14th Amendment.
Tell me you're a legit Nazi without telling me you're a legit Nazi.....

Where in the 14th Amendment's text does it lay out the requirement that he be charged for insurrection? It's enough that he engaged in it, which no honest person denies.

Post the video. It shouldn't be hard to find.

What was the ultimate goal of January 6th?
Which part?
The legal process or the protest (that became a riot, not an "insurrection")

You understand that Congress's laws don't supersede the text of the Constitution, right? Right?
Nor do state supreme courts. You should probably read the 14th Amendment before you continue opining. See if you can figure out the glaring issue.

You do realize the 14th amendment authorizes congress to make exactly these laws right? And they have yet to do so in this instance.
What due process do you think is required to trigger this clause of the 14th?

First, your 15 minutes are up to try and show you have any intelligence
2nd - the statement above shows you have zero knowledge of how the state or federal court systems work. Hint- state supreme courts NEVER make factual findings.

You know, the day Trump demanded his supporters storm the Capitol to interrupt the counting of electoral votes in the hopes of convincing his VP to illegally throw out some legally cast votes and swing the election to Donald Trump, who did not win it. And who later incited his supporters to violence against that very same VP when he refused to break the law to overturn the election.
Funny. I recall him saying to protest peacefully and patriotically. Minutes after finding out what was happening he pleaded for people to not break the law. Even said, we don’t act like dems. We are peaceful.
Why do you ignore his words and lie and say he demanded the capitol be stormed?

it was specifically mentioned that it would keep Jefferson Davis from becoming President of the United States.
Given the current SCOTUS's love of originalism, there is no doubt that the President is covered under the 14th.

Any ruling other than 9-0 in Trump's favor will be a wrong ruling.

Cool. That’s not relevant in any way. Jefferson Davis was a member of congress and a member of the cabinet (an actual “officer of the United States”) before engaging in rebellion, moron. Hence the clear applicability of the 14th to Jefferson Davis.
Has Donald Trump served in Congress? I must have missed that.
Check mate.
