Big fan? Go to a lot of women's games?

Interesting that they're only discussing bio men joining women's teams. I wonder why they're not including bio women joining men's teams?

The SCOTUS will handle that too

No, not at all. But athletics is one of, if not the best teachers of life skills -things like overcoming adversity, team work, etc. Why would we want to deny those experiences to girls?

Get rid of girls’ high school sports?
Like I said, it was a retarded post

If you get rid of college and pro (you agree with me on this) I don't see any point in wasting money on high school.

I didn’t agree to that. I think getting rid of women’s sports in college is stupid.
Pro? It’s a business. If it makes money or someone foolishly subsidizes it, ok.
And the idea that you would get rid of HS sports because there isn’t a college equivalent makes zero sense considering only 3% of HS athletes play sports in college.

transgender athletes
Well this should be easy since a “transgender” doesn’t exist. You are either male or female. Pretty straight forward.

I hope they go so far as to say Trans isn’t a protected class under the civil rights act.
How could it be? It doesn’t exist. Male or female is pretty simple to determine.

Glad we found a common ground. Now keep on keepin' on you retard!

The answer seems easy enough. The premise behind the transgender movement is that sex does not equal gender.
The segregation of sports is historically based on biological/physiological differences in the sexes. This otherwise discriminatory segregation has historically been justified due to this biological difference based on sex and is even supported by the enactment of Title XI.
A law that enforces segregation of sports based on a historically accepted basis of sex should be legal even if its has the secondary effect of segregating/discriminating based on gender.
The movement can't have it both ways. If sex does not equal gender when it supports their arguments then sex does not equal gender has to still be true when it cuts against them as well.
*edited since apparently the unequal sign changes to ?

Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Cases Involving Transgender Athletes
This is all so stupid. You're a biological male but you think you're a girl? Mazel tov. No one GAF. But you want to hang out in the girls locker room, and dominate females in the boxing ring and the swimming pool? Now we care. Why is this even a discussion? Who TF is actually confused by this issue?

And they will allow the bans against trannys
The bans don't discriminate against males or females. Both genders of the mentally ill are treated alike.
