Someone's making out like a bandit on that deal. But the DA's obligated to determine the real, fair value of the property damaged. A fair valuation may end up dropping guy down to misdemeanor grade by operation of law.

I think DJT is a piece of shite, but I don't care enough to do anymore than bitch about him on here from time to time.
And while I think the Trump Baby balloon is stupid as shite and run by people who really need to find something better to do with their time, it's still the destruction of property and shouldn't be condoned. It's like burning the American flag. It's a disgusting thing in the eyes of nearly ever citizen but the allowance of it is part of what makes the USA the greatest country on Earth.
