I doubt that people won't watch the Super Bowl, but advertisers wouldn't be happy if everyone turns of their streaming and TV's during half time. They get instant feedback via streaming sources.

College football and baseball has overtaken the NFL for me over the past ten years, but I admit I love it. Love the Saints, former Tigers, fantasy, annual family pick em tournaments, the storylines, the banter at work. I’ve been brow beaten over the past few years by the woke activism that’s been injected into the league recently, and felt guilty about still supporting it despite it spitting in the face of my values. That said if drag is performed at this SuperBowl that’s the last straw for me. I’ll be done with it. Only so far they can push.
