My frustration with nights like tonight is knowing I live among a lot of really dumb people. Yes I know it even when things are looking slightly more promising politically. (As I said, beating Kamala wasn’t exactly some rebirth of liberty and responsibility. She was the worst candidate of all time.)
But the reminder that MILLIONS of people proactively try to put the party of Omar, AOC, Pelosi, Schumer, etc etc in any position of power is a viscerally painful one.

I don’t understand how so many Americans could vote for Jihadist supporters, Senators that love underage crossdressing boys, and people who support socialism/communism. But what infuriates me is how so many so called conservatives thought the best play was to not vote and let them win.

This is something almost no one seems to understand. Most of the country never actually gets to choose the nominee, by the time my primary comes around, the decision is already locked in. We were left with Trump versus Kamala. Does anyone honestly believe the country would be better off with her? You take the better path available, even if you have to hold your nose to do it. What you don’t do is take your ball and go home and forfeit, handing the win to the worse of the two options.
