I don’t disagree with his overall sentiment but I disagree that this isn’t the case in Iran.
The threat from them is real and has been for decades. There is no negotiating with them, we tried that for decades and it hasn’t worked. In hindsight had we done this in 2003 instead of Iraq we would have nipped the terrorist funding in the bud from the get go.
Trump is doing what should have been done years ago. The result should benefit us and the world long term
