People forget that as much hate and lies and stupid phony marches and MSM bullshite that Trump gets...
The MSM HATED Reagan the same way his first year and the vocal left-wing minority public hated him...And his Congress hated him.
He was taking over from a kook lib like Trump taking over from Obama.
Getting shot was the best thing that ever happened to Reagan. Suddenly people and politicians were like oh, being so partisan isn't very sportsmanlike.

Reagan was the right guy at the right time.Our country was weak and he strengthened it.I wasn't a big fan of his but I'm going to defend him to those who think he sucked by comparing him to trump.
