Yep.
Thanks for the assist.

Employers can absolutely require vaccinations.
Are we using the definition of a vaccination pre covid or?
You know why.

Huh? You get covid19 regardless. Strange that you post that comment. It appears you are trying to imply you wont get covid19 if you get the vax. No research has shown that to be the case. At best it is delayed and then made worse. Well that is if you believe in science.

Troponin level is normally zero. Was the level of Troponin any kind of predictor as to the severity or progression of the myocarditis? I read the article but don't remember it mentioning Troponin.

Yeah bc they want to know where the phone is and not the person carrying it.

I mean, she literally just shite-canned her own post IN THAT SAME POST.

The troponin reference was to the original smallpox vaccine, where the researchers compared the difference between elevated troponin levels (as a proxy for general myocardial injury) to the actual rate of confirmed myocarditis. I don't think these researchers used troponin at all as a reference marker.

Correct
So what would they do if they notice the phone is at location A and the employee is supposed to be at location B? If they are only worried about the phone then the answer would be nothing.
The condition of employment is that the employee carries a GPS device. They are tracking the employee’s location VIA THE GPS ON THE PHONE.

Why would they do nothing? That seems like an idiotic policy.

They obviously would do something bc you know they actually care where the person is and not where the phone is.
They are tracking the person via the phone.

Every use policy I've ever read or written says otherwise. It wouldn't be worth the legal trouble or the expense to use a company device simply to track an employee on their personal time.
You're arguing what might be done with the data if an employee is discovered doing something they shouldn't be doing, not tracking an employee's movement at all times.
And that's just another reason the GPS implant was a silly example.

Oh so now we are focusing on silly ideas. Obviously the GPS was a silly idea. That was why I said it. For the same reasons mandating the vaccine was a silly idea.
It was a silly idea to require a vaccine that
1. Wouldn’t prevent infection
2. Wouldn’t prevent spread
3. Was not as good as Natural Immunity (J&J vaccine was an “acceptable” vaccine so that’s the minimum. I believe the science it’s pretty settled that J&J vaccine treatment was pretty worthless and that any natural immunity would be as good but probably way better).

This is a really good point.
The JNJ vaccine was utter garbage. Yet it met the requirements of getting a vaccine. Just patent nonsense.

Cool. Bad ideas aren't illegal.
