The irony
The doomers have been hoping for this for years, and that population is almost exclusively MAGA or MAGA-adjacent.

Is this why countries are dropping their tariffs against the US>?

How many times have your idiotic Anti-Trump takes been proven wrong? How many times will it take for you to realize that he’s not the idiot you want him to be?

Crater? Crater? The S&P is down a little over 4% right now. The Dow 3.64%.
That’s not “cratering” cratering has to get close to 10% to be anything meaningful.
Hell, anything under 7.5% down doesn’t even make the top 20 down days of all time.
Grow up a little.

I'm not celebrating our downfall.
I'm hoping we get back to promoting capitalism again one day.

I don't get why people throw the my retirement is ruined argument out there when stocks fall. Unless you've just made terrible investment decisions your whole life, one day of stocks falling is not going to ruin your retirement.

Oh no the srock market went down

It's your entire post history since Trump was elected.
You used to be fairly libertarian. Now you're just another batshit insane progressive.

Make sure you cover the recovery as zealously.

Because they’re morons. It’s actually interesting to see how many boomers post here and outting themselves. It makes a lot of sense of why they behave the way they do on here.

No it's not
Me criticizing his policies =/= celebrating our downfall.
Cite me the posts you're referencing.

I'm one of the few arguing for libertarian economic policies right now
Trump is adding more government and more government intervention in the markets. I'm saying that's suboptimal. Explain how that stance is "progressive"

As everyone focuses on the negative (stock market) other market segments are doing well.
Bond market is up...(mean lower yields, thus lowers the floor for interest rate products like mortgages, car loans, boat loans, etc.).
Crude oil is down. Generally means lower energy prices.
So when the sky is falling in one hand it usually means good things in the other. It's just the natural order of things. Ride the wave, don't fight it.

Trump is really fighting against government intervention.
How many times does it have to be said, reciprocity means if you lower your government intervention we will lower ours in kind and probably more.
