Your question is stupidly phrased. That's why its not worth answering. Every person is different. Nature/nurture, location where they grew up, etc. There are far too many factors in life to say every race is indistinguishable, or to even say or suggest thay certain races primarily do this or that, etc. There is good and bad in every race.
Blanketing one race or another is becoming the rights go to move and has turned them into hypocrites just like BLM folks and those on the far left love to do.

The context is strict enforcement of immigration policy.

Genetically speaking, humans are 99.9% identical. From the small view, no two humans are exactly alike, but we are not a species which has a large degree of genomic diversity.
