...it has no more than 10 people in its premises and follows social distancing guidelines, right? Assuming, of course, the business isn’t one of the ones specifically listed in the order (i.e, public amusements, personal care).

Section 5 of the order appears to be a catch-all for non-essential businesses and ones that aren’t listed in section 4 (zoos, nail salons, etc.)

The police aren’t going to go around doing head counts. It’s a practicably unenforceable declaration. Be an adult and make the best decision for you and your family.

I’ll be working tomorrow. Small office less than 15 people on multiple floors. Deal with it.

Can they work from home? Honestly I don’t know. It probably depends what cop or sherif you run into if you go out under the stay at home order.

I think you are correct I was wrong.

From the state website.

quote:

Any business not covered by the guidance from the CISA discussed in Section 3 of the order and not ordered to temporarily close must reduce operations to continue with minimum contact with members of the public and essential employees, while requiring proper social distancing, adhering to the 10-person limitation on gathering size.

Basically it says you can still run as long as you don’t go above 10 people and limit contact with others.

My barber had a sign last week that said hair cuts by appointment. Does this order squash that plan?

I need a haircut. Looks like I might have to hack at it myself pretty soon.

Barbers are squashed. Google “Flowbee” for an old school hack.

And just what is any cop going to do about it? Ask you to please comply?
