I never been there once but I still like to say I'm boycotting them.

He's undoubtedly one of the best CEOs in recent memory and lead Starbucks overseas expansion.

Also has nothing to do with Trump. #fakenews

Obvious feels from the OP. Guessing it's a fake story.

I sure hope this doesn't drive them to bankruptcy.

Also why are people boycotting a company that is committed to hiring veterans and military spouses?

I don't spend money at Starbucks anymore either but Schultz announced this before the Syrian barista thing.

Wait, I thought boycotts don't work? That's what all the libs were saying when this made the news.
Well nobody said it wouldn't work in the fake news world, which is the world that the OP's story is in. We'll see what happens when they release their sale figures, but this story is patently false in regards to the timing of his resignation.

I won't buy anything from them either. Although, it has nothing to do with politics. It's more of their shitty, overpriced coffee products that I have an issue with.

Could not agree more...Starbucks is LOUSY coffee....but the bastards are some marketing geniuses!!! they have convinced a couple of generations now that coffee should have no flavor and cost $5 a cup and come with all sorts of shite in it to make it taste better...

Starbucks is the equivalent of shitty micro brews that have to have a cute name and a colorful label to get anyone to buy it OR the sickening sweet shite teen aged girls drink to mask the taste of the liquor in their drinks...if you bought a cup of Starbucks at any other coffee place you wouldn't drink it....

WTF ... it ain't like Starbucks is some hard-to-get bad-arse coffee like Community.

Anyone can get Starbucks pretty much anywhere...if they like paying too much for SJW coffee.

Highly unlikely I will use their products in or out of their store, it is just like MSM and PBS finished with those folks

Money talks and BS walks

After waiting over a couple of weeks for my Black Rifle coffee (increases demand from Starbucks loving them some terrorist), I think this Saturday the wife in I will start the morning with an excellent cup of coffee, purchased from veterans, who tried to keep terrorist from our shores. Then we will take a leisurely stroll through Hobby Lobby so she can refill her craft supplies. Chick-fil-A for a tasty lunch. Then we can come back home where I can watch sports while downing a couple of ice cold Yuenglings!

I always found this interesting. They announce they will hire 10,000 veterans (although they are so small that may not be possible), and people say "why can't Starbucks be like them?"

Yet, Starbucks announced the same thing a couple years back, and is up to about 9,000 of their 10,000 goal anyways.

I think Starbucks has been grooming the guy in the red jacket to take the position.
