Encouraging to hear that he thought prosecutors could work around the statute of limitations problems that I and the other lawyers chirp about here.

Wonder what those work around are...and if we will see them. DiGenova seemed optimistic about the prosecutions. I hope I eat crow on this.

"diGenova also said they thought they had a way to work around the obvious statute-of-limitations issues.

“Suffice it to say that we would not have proceeded had we not thought that those legal questions could be answered in our favor."

Somebody at DOJ or the admin pissed him off. He and his attorney wife are headed to Lake Como. He left the case in the hands of Fla. why the big drama?

So why not just go to Lake Como and STFU, as he said he shall never speak about it?

He was awfully chatty for someone who didn't want to speak. Honestly, though, this is the first concrete thing I have heard that suggests the federal prosecutions in Florida might actually happen.

Most anybody who aspires to even the smallest piece of the public sphere is an egotist like you wouldn't believe.

that and he is a lawyer , so even if he is on your side on an issue he is probably a piece of shite

The only reason to have anything to do with a piece of shite lawyer is because you need one against an even bigger piece of shite.

Not all lawyers are like this. He is a lifelong DC FED. He knows to ignore the MSM. Sure he has an ego but it is asinine to say all that crap then take off to a villa in Italy.

Probably should deport all of the Italians. They have a hard time assimilating.

I'm speculating but I think he got let go because he is 81 and slow and did his best but they need to get going

His comments on the "cases" and the fact the general conspiracy vs. 5 year clock charges, is good.

Go enjoy retirement,Joe.

He was highly complimentary of Kash and the FBI.

I've been disappointed that Brennan hasn't been indicted yet. Hopefully soon.

Maybe he was brought in for a very specific purpose and he accomplished it.

I don’t get the drama either unless he wanted to make sure his reputation stays intact.
