Spain has historically been pretty strict with their borders.
They have a patch of territory in Northern Africa called Ceuta that is surrounded by a 20 foot wall (a wall? Who woulda think?) and they fight off African migrants like the plague.
Not many people know how "racist" Spain is towards immigrants, but people love to bash the U.S.

I went to Barcelona in June 2017 and newly- arrived black Africans are ubiquitous. Mainly street grifters selling counterfeit designer brands on the waterfront and La Ramblas.

Same thing in Madrid, Sevilla, etc.
They carry giant sacs of trinkets like Santa Claus and set up shop on the street. It was very apparent the local Spaniards did not want them there.
At least they're trying something I guess. Better than begging at an intersection.

And that is when Spain should have broken out the machine guns and claymores. Instead, they get Moor immigrants.
