Sorry to start another thread, but that was nice to allow press into immigration meeting

I wish we could see that more often. Trump showed a pretty genuine interest in securing DACA through what he dubbed a "bill of love".
The meeting was not a bunch of hot air.

Trump is going to get what he wants. He wants DACA, but he'll veto it if he doesn't get an end to chain migration and he gets the wall. I think he should ask for national voter ID as well, but that's a pipe dream.

the learning curve has arrived, the national anthem stance at the bama-georgia game was another smart political move

At some point you would think he had to pivot if he wants to be reelected. That being said, we are supposed to believe he didn't want to get elected in the first place anyway.
