Yes counselor, that is precisely what I'm going with. This is nothing but a distraction to avert our eyes from something else that actually matters. All of this has been in the public sphere for a minimum of 6 years.
I'm sure you'll say that in your august legal opinion that there is some minimum threshold present to warrant an actual investigation that has about as much chance of happening as the sun actually rising in the western sky.

Maybe you should call Southern Law Center and ask them ti take back that JD you stole from them because apparently your reading comprehension and ability to peice through emails as well as legal procedures, not to mention pertinent law on the matter is about as deep as an Alex Jones Info Wars episode.
