Son’s teacher called saying my seven year old was using bad language about Biden

Apparently one of his first grade classmates and him started talking about the upcoming election. This other kid said he was going for Biden and my son said “Joe Biden sucks. You know he is going to take your parents money, so they can’t buy you as many toys.”
I told her he was right and that sucks is everywhere today and I wasn’t concerned. She was shocked and I was really short and said bye.
Afterwards I asked junior if he changed the kids mind and he said for sure... got a good laugh

My wife said that a student came to her class today mad and upset because she got schooled by her Government teacher when she tried to make a case for Biden.

That’s what a teacher is worried about? She has much bigger issues to deal with considering Louisiana’s ACT scores this year are the worst ever. My 5th graders don’t know 1/4 is .25. Very difficult to comprehend.
