They are not scared of any Legal process; they own the System. What is coming is blowback from the radical policy that they will be ramming through. They know that the evidence of a stolen election will leak out on top of that (illegitimate) Policy and will create outrage on the Right. They are right. But they'll need a bigger fence. A lot bigger.
