Whoa i never thought of that. Using a level would be accurate. If it stays in the middle, you can conclude the world is flat.

Still. It's possible the Sun, the planets, and every other cosmic body is actually rotating around the Earth. The seasons come from the Sun rotating further from Earth at certain times in the year.

Actually, the moon is locked to earth so one side always faces us, but we have had many missions (manned and unmanned) that have flown around the moon - it is not like a pizza, it is like a ball. The other planets and the sun all rotate on their axis relative to the earth's position and are clearly also like balls and not like pizzas.

If I believed you were being serious, which I don't, I would point out that we don't believe that either of them are still. The Earth revolves around the Sun; the Sun revolves around the center of the Milky Way (with some slight wobble due to the mass of Jupiter).

So you are suggesting all these moons, planets and stars are coin like in their structure? Round and flat?
If so, that means every star, moon, and planet in the universe are all perfectly aligned so that their full round face is always pointing directly in our direction at all times. If they were flat and round wouldn’t we be seeing some varying degrees of ovals or thin lines as if you are seeing the edge of a coin?
