Is 31,000 rounds a lot? Asking for a friend.

Something weird about those pictures. I don't see a rifle barrel or bolt handle anywhere. Looks almost like a stack of rifle stocks.

My reading of this is that they were going from US -> Mexico.

EDIT:

Emilio Ramirez Cortez, a Mexican citizen, and his son Edgar Ramirez Diaz hid these weapons behind false walls in two box trailers of vehicles traveling to Mexico.

Or did you think they were smuggling guns into the US?

We should just make gun smuggling illegal abd the problem will be solved.

Shows why banning guns from law abiding citizens will only ensure that the bad guys will have a monopoly on guns.

Well, the pertinent aspect of this bust shows that it is easy for low level illegals to acquire large stockpiles of weaponry. That had better be addressed by MAGA.

Of course with the Mexican Cartels having plenty of weapons, it makes one wonder just who and what these weapons were intended for. Certainly it the Mexican military. Is there an active conflict war going in Mexico? Like maybe the people against a Cartel/Mexican government alliance?

Something is not right about this.

Have I ever told you the story of how Steve Meve and I would constantly call 98.1 in BR and request Casey Jones?

Now you know where the term “jonesing” comes from.

Tell Steve hey.
