IMO - Gumbo is a Trump loyalist, but he's not lost his mind about it. He's not overly emotional the way Bonds and most of the rest of the team are. I think Gumbo is aware of Trump's colossal mistakes/weaknesses, but has gotten to a point where he sees no fixing fedgov so the hope of Trump burning shite down is all that matters.
