Judges are afraid of being called racist and then targeted by the Democrat mob. That judge's family would also be targeted. Imo.
Mafia tactics are very effective when the law selectively allows it to happen.
If they were going against trump, then the judges didn't have to worry about anything. Crazy bastards who would harrass them..would immediately be arrested. If they go against Biden though, they won't be able to depend on law enforcement.

I would hope that most states that have ICE detainees would be first up to stop the release of the illegals since 70+% of them are convicted criminals.
