Some supposed rights aren't rights at all. And certain rights, step on the feet of other people's rights. I dolt think its as black and white as you make it sound.

Depends on what you consider "human rights." The so-called "right" to healthcare is going to bankrupt this country, the "right" to own a home has the housing market out of whack, and the "right" to an education has jacked up tuition rates. But they affect no one on this board.
ETA: All of the above involving federal government programs.

That's a fricking terrible program. Why would i want San Francisco, Detroit, and New York's horrible policies forced on Louisiana? If the issues in those states are that important, then move to those states. Nothing is stopping you from doing so.

legalize gambling in all states should be next including sports gambling, then prostitution, then legalize all drugs.
anybody that has a counter arguements against these, bring as I have counters to your counters.

Change is the law of life. You either move with it, and make it constructive change, or you resist it at your own peril. The advancement of human rights is not a threat to anyone on this board. The suppression of them, however, would likely mean the government being more restrictive to YOUR rights.
Human rights is a broad term that can be defined in a lot of ways, which ones are you specifically talking about?

Winning the Division FBS playoffs.

The constitution of North Korea is chock full of human rights language.

Its also full of language effectively negating those rights.

Well, we've seen legislation dealing with blacks, women, mexican immigration, and gays.
Surely they can do something for Asian people.

Doubt you'll fund a SCOTUS decision defining the U.S. as a dictatorship.
