No. Previous U.N. resolutions condemned Russia and demanded that they withdraw their troops and it had no effect on the war. The war went on and tons of innocent people died (and they continue to do so).

I believe Trump is in fact working to end the war. He didn't start any wars and no major wars outside of our country were started while he was in office (despite the liberal media and Democrats calling him Hitler).

Trump is a negotiator. He had a historic meeting with Kim Jong Un in an effort to diffuse potential nuclear threats there. He believes this war is the kind of war that could start WWII and he has clearly said that it's in everyone's best interest to end the war. If Trump was a war mongerer, then I'd be worried. But he is not and I think he is using the US' power and a different strategy to put an end to the war. Everyone may not like his style in attempting to end it, but if the war ends, then it's a huge win for all of those could have died fighting and all whose lives have been affected by the war.

- Wanting the endless flow of dollars to stop is not siding with Russia.
