I got the vaccine. Never showed my license. My partner has a MS license and we were concerned he wouldn't be able to get the vaccine here in Louisiana, but alas we didn't have to show them at all.
In Louisiana, State Ids are only free to those over 60 years old.

I don't think Voter ID is racist, but some may argue the difference here is the vaccine is free while here in Louisiana, for example, it costs I think over $30 for a license.

I don't know about all states but many that require photo ID for voting allow access to free IDs including Louisiana. You just have to go get it. If you can go get the vaccine you can go get a free ID.

"Photo ID required in order to vote on Election Day?
Each voter is required to identify themselves by giving their name and address to a commissioner and by presenting either a Louisiana driver's license, a Louisiana special identification card, LA Wallet digital driver's license, a United States military identification card that contains the voter's name and picture or other generally recognized picture identification card that contains the name and signature of the applicant. If no photo ID is available, the voter can complete a Voter Identification Affidavit (AV-34) but is subject to challenge by law.
All registered voters may obtain a free Louisiana special identification card by presenting a voter information card to the Office of Motor Vehicles. "

Let's have a voter ID for the vaxxed and one for the unvaxxed. Let them vote in different places, and everyone wins. This is the goal. Separate the people and control them.

Guess what is required to receive government benefits?
A state issued ID. If you receive welfare, you must have an ID
