Holy good fricking spaghetti monster

The reasoning for the arrest is irrelevant?!?! So if a cop is clearly violating your rights, you should take it like a bitch. You would have been a great Loyalist you pussy.

I think something else did it besides the choke hold. It may have been the cops, but it may not have taken force that would have been out of the ordinary or excessive.

You're arguing with a medical examiner on the cause of death now, you realize that?

You said that you pray I get anal raped and there's not a cop in sight.

It takes a special thug, mental midget piece of shite to say something like that.

He was resisting arrest - no rights were being violated.

Zero. Michael Brown was a thug who attacked a police officer violently and lethal force was justified based upon the evidence we have available to us. Next?

Idiot.

Holy. shite.

I'm scared that both 1. You can vote; and 2. You can serve on a jury.

The cause of death is listed as "neck compression." And it is listed as a "homicide." I looked for the text of it but haven't been able to find it. Those two facts, however, seem to clearly indicate it was the hold of the officer which killed him.

Well dude, we're gonna have to agree to disagree. By the way, I think you'll sleep better tonight knowing that tomorrow morning I'll be at work molding and shaping young minds (slightly slanted towards my views of course) in my Civics class.

LINK

I googled it and found this article, and not much else. However there was this interesting quote

The autopsy determined the victim’s asthma, obesity and high blood pressure were also contributing factors in his death.

What i am saying is this guy may have been a time bomb, and the police lit the fuse.

Now how much did it take to light the fuse? I am not going to pretend to know.

Also, actually getting to read the autopsy report would be interesting, or having any real quotes for it or the medical examiner.

So if you have a link to that share, and i will reassess what i have been saying.

This is incomplete. The cause of death was neck compression with asthma, high blood pressure, obesity, and his position listed as contributing factors. That is important, it seems to indicate that the neck restraint alone did not kill him

I think that is what SammyTiger was trying to tell you. The actions of the other officers, according to the ME, contributed to his death. However, their actions were actions which normally would not cause death or great bodily harm. I suspect that is what the GJ found, just an educated guess

Here's another case from this year. Guy separates his wife and his daughter from a fight, gets arrested. Has his chest compressed and voila. He's dead.

Excessive force? His right to his person? You think this was reasonable?
