Told you they were rigged / a trial date is a good as evidence

Also when a defendant accepts a plea deal fits in the first category

Lol. So the argument is that the Trump team illegally accessed election machines and tampered with them, therefor the election machines might not be safe to use.

Of course, Trump's team had to illegally access the machines so we could see all the evidence of the fraud!! Genius!

The board should know that the plaintiffs in this case is a good gov. group, not Trump or the GOP

You people don't seem to remember that all people wanted was for the elections to be reviewed properly to make a trustworthy determination. That's all. Those people were shamed, and ignored. This now shows that there is a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, so let's have a trustworthy source help find the truth.

Really not that hard to understand, unless this window being cracked causes fear.

The only legal mechanism to disqualify is the 14th Amendment. That is being laughed out of court as we speak. And it would have to be brought in every single state.
Other than Colorado, where is it even close to being resolved?

Even there, we don't even have a ruling yet from the trial court, and it will clearly be appealed regardless of the trial court's ruling.

Personally, I think Trump prevails in these cases, but I am curious as to where the argument is being "laughed out of court."

Really? Are you that gullible, the MAGA crowd still would have not accepted the results if the states would have "reviewed them again"? The states had a chance to review the elections that they ran when they ran them and then certified the results.
The last ditch effort by the Trump team was "send it back to the states through Mike Pence". This was the last resort because nothing else worked (lost many many court cases, call to Brad Raffensperger did result in him finding more votes for Trump).

The wrongdoing was done by the Trump team that accessed the voting machines in Coffee County (that voted 70% for Trump)

quote:

Details of the unauthorized access of sensitive voting equipment in Coffee County, Georgia, became public last month when documents and emails revealed the involvement of high-profile Trump supporters. That’s also when it caught the attention of an Atlanta-based prosecutor who is leading a separate investigation of Trump’s efforts to undo his loss in the state.

Since then, revelations about what happened in the county of 43,000 people have raised questions about whether the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Georgia have been compromised.

The public disclosure of the breach began with a rambling phone call from an Atlanta-area bail bondsman to the head of an election security advocacy group involved in a long-running lawsuit targeting the state’s voting machines.

According to a recording filed in court earlier this year, the bail bondsman said he’d chartered a jet and was with a computer forensics team at the Coffee County elections office when they “imaged every hard drive of every piece of equipment.”

That happened on Jan. 7, 2021, a day after the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and two days after a runoff election in which Democrats swept both of Georgia’s U.S. Senate seats.

The trip to Coffee County, about 200 miles south of Atlanta, to copy data and software from elections equipment was directed by attorney Sidney Powell and other Trump allies, according to deposition testimony and documents produced in response to subpoenas.

Later that month, security camera footage shows, two men who have participated in efforts to question the results of the 2020 election in several states spent days going in and out of the Coffee County elections office.

The footage also shows local election and Republican Party officials welcoming the visitors and allowing them access to the election equipment. The video seems to contradict statements some of the officials made about their apparent involvement.

The new information has made Coffee County, where Trump won nearly 70% of the vote two years ago, a focal point of concerns over the security of voting machines. While there is no evidence of widespread problems with voting equipment in 2020, some Trump supporters have spread false information about machines and the election outcome.

Election security experts and activists fear state election officials haven’t acted fast enough in the face of what they see as a real threat.

The copying of the software and its availability for download means potential bad actors could build exact copies of the Dominion system to test different types of attacks, said University of California, Berkeley computer scientist Philip Stark, an expert witness for the plaintiffs in the voting machines lawsuit.

“This is like bank robbers having an exact replica of the vault that they’re trying to break into,” he said.

You should read the transcript of that call so you don’t look so ignorant.

So you agree they can be hacked? Interesting.

So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state.

quote:

Look, we need only 11,000 votes. We have are far more than that as it stands now. We’ll have more and more. And. Do you have provisional ballots at all, Brad? Provisional ballots?

quote:

BR: Mr. President, you have people that submit information and we have our people that submit information. And then it comes before the court and the court then has to make a determination. We have to stand by our numbers. We believe our numbers are right.

Trump: Why do you say that? I don’t know. I mean, sure, we can play this game with the courts, but why do you say that? First of all they don’t even assign us a judge. They don’t even assign us a judge. But why wouldn’t you — Hey Brad, why wouldn’t you want to check out [name] ? And why wouldn’t you want to say, hey, if in fact, President Trump is right about that, then he wins the state of Georgia, just that one incident alone without going through hundreds of thousands of dropped ballots. You just say, you stick by, I mean I’ve been watching you, you know, you don’t care about anything. “Your numbers are right.” But your numbers aren’t right. They’re really wrong and they’re really wrong, Brad. And I know this phone call is going nowhere other than, other than ultimately, you know — Look ultimately, I win, okay?

Yeah it’s a pretty weak arse argument that there’s anything overtly improper in all of that, much less violative of the law. You’d have to be pretty drunk to think you’ve made a decent argument for it. Only to wake up the next morning and realize how badly you embarrassed yourself.

Also hilarious is this: in reading that transcript, does that strike you as a person who actually knows he’s full of shite and knows that the true story is that there’s nothing to what he’s saying in all that? I guess they’d have us believe that every bit of that is a script from Trump and completely an attempt to deceive the world. He knew there was nothing to it. He just did the best acting job in the history of the world. Can you imagine a person actually believing the case against him based on that premise? I’d be too embarrassed to show my face ever again if I argued in support of that claim.

Because TRUMP is my God and I worship the ground he walks on.

He’s my dear leader who beheads babies, tricks innocent people into going into gas chambers thinking they were getting hot showers, starves people to death, tortures people because he is hitler!!! How dare you question how I write out TRUMP’s name on a football message board, how dare you!!
