The judge ruled that there is NOT a COMPLETE lack of evidence in support of Trump's claims, such that a jury will be required to make a finding of fact. That is true in about 98% of all cases.
This does not mean that "TRUMP was right the entire time" (why does the OP always type "Trump" in all caps, BTW?). It simply means that there is at least some modicum of real facts on which he might have based his allegations.
