Our law has become an arse, as the old saying goes. Our courts and judges are corrupt. Ok....so what do we do. Outside of impeachment I can't think of any remedy. We don't have a functional congress so that's out.

It seems the only thing that moves the needle with judges is the mob.

So...when will we see MAGA protest outside of judges homes? When will MAGA get loud in the streets?

Never.

The other 8 justices don't have a say in this?

Doesn’t Roberts determine what gets heard or at least the timing?

You must have missed the last 4 years. Either that or you’re just a hypocrite and since you’re a leftist it’s 100% the second one.

Seems his powers are limited, so your entire premise is incorrect from the start.

Only if the judicial branch doesn’t cave to him.

So in reality, you’re correct. Conceptually, not so much. Why else do you think he lined the courts with unqualified cronies?

So you can’t read Supreme Court rulings? What does it mean when the courts say “presidential acts” are immunity from scrutiny and indictments ?

I've said this before and I'll say it again, Trump knew this was gonna happen, and he had 4 yrs to prepare, he is making sure every T is crossed and every I is dotted.

The courts are playing a very dangerous game, and are pushing Trump to do some things he doesn't want want to do, He knows who they all are, he ain't gonna get em all. but he gonna get some of them.

He's mostly losing. Some wins a few pauses but mostly he has had to walk away from a lot of the EO that seemed more for show than for anything.

Honestly, Trump doesn't seem to have learned anything other than you can't trust the bureaucrats. He's picked more loyal cabinet members and understand the so called "expert class" is the center of the problem.

SCOTUS are of that class. The law is made up of that class. They have yet to be hindered in their hate of Trump or biased rulings as the mechanism to hold them accountable are a very high bar of impeachment. So that's not going to happen.

Trump signed around 160 executive orders in his first four months in office. Naturally, about 10% of them are being challenged in federal court because they’ve harmed innocent people through executive overreach. This is exactly how our system of checks and balances is designed to function.

At some point, the President is going to have to work with Congress to get real legislative accomplishments written into law.

Impeachment is not the only option. But they won’t be impeached, I agree. Something is gonna happen with these judges. That’s my take and I’m sticking to it
