what if they aren't acting violent toward you and just in the road peacefully protesting?

the bill in question does not differentiate, it just says you can run over protestors blocking the street.

that's not true at all according to the bill in question

a protest doesn't cease to be peaceful just because you're being inconvenienced

No we want to run over people who are actively trying to get in our way. You're ignoring the fact that protesters can simply get off the street if they don't want to be hit. Nobody is advocating for driving up on sidewalks to run over SJWs....yet.

Were they standing in the street? If you are standing in the road and get hit by a car you are a fricking idiot.

It is the use of physical violence, and a crime, to impede traffic.

Honestly, if anyone is hit and dies, the rest of the protestors should be charged with the murder. They are accessories.

Creating a dangerous situation on the roadway is not being peaceful.

No it ceases to be peaceful when you break things, punch people, shout down anyone that disagrees with you etc...

When the left uses the same childish argument of calling everyone who disagrees with them a nazi, then no, its not okay.

Because then you're basically saying its okay to punch anyone who you disagree with because they're probably a nazi.

Punching Nazis is ok and if you're standing where cars drive, you might get hit. Seems like common sense.

They're roadkill.

Your assumption is that they're going to be non-violent.

Maybe they are, but I'm under no obligation to risk my family on the chance they are not given the history of violence associated with that behavior.

In short, be smart enough not to stand in the street.

I'm perfectly fine with Darwin weeding those who aren't.

I would never run over a protester with my car. It might cause a dent in my front fender. But if you let me borrow your car I'd be happy to mow them down.

Impeding traffic on a public road isn't protesting, its breaking the fricking law and those who do it should be arrested.

When Richard Spencer got sucker punched by an antifa moron there was a lot of calls for "free speech!" from the right and an attempt to label the left as "violent".

Now here were are and conservatives want to be able to run over people they don't like
