So, like I got da 'rona

I had sniffles for 3 days starting last Wednesday and a sore throat for two.....took the test out of caution .
What a friggin rip off and overly farcical drama this had been. No fever and the sinus' have dried up. Had one (1) night of being uncomfortable....I've had minor hangovers that were worse. Never really felt bad.....going back for another test this evening

Have not been to the land of the Kiwi since summer of 2016. Auckland is nice.....would be nicer without the tyrant down in Wellington stepping on people's rights....Springtime in Chrischurch is particularly nice this time of year.

I had it ~6 weeks ago. Wife (no pics) woke up one day tells me she can't smell/taste anything. Next day I lost sense of smell only. Lasted ~5 days. No other symptoms, never stopped working out, never felt tired. Wife was tired for one or two days that was it. Herd immunity while strongly protecting those in the vulnerable categories has always been the answer, in my opinion. Most people can shake this thing off and be done with it without much trouble.

I had the same symptoms, friday, went sat morning, got tested for covid and strep, both came back negative. Got a steroid shot and put on Amoxicillin.
Even after the negative covid test, the Dr. tells me it could still be covid, as these tests aren't 100% reliable, and treat it with caution and get tested again if it doesnt clear up.
This whole thing is fishy.

My sister in law is in the hospital with it at this moment.
