Living with PTSD and substance abuse is brutal. How much should we pay our veterans who live with that? Yeah a lot can hold a job, but a lot are ticking time bombs. Just take care of the people who sacrificed for America. Its not hard.

Saw a young guy w a DV license plate hop down out of his super lifted truck in a handicapped spot at the grocery store this weekend.

I thought people signed up for military service to serve our country and if wounded in battle or actual training can be cared for by the veterans administration.
Since when did minor injuries that have healed or mental issues that may have happened while they were in uniform or simply actually serving in the capacity in which they volunteered qualify a person for lifetime monthly payments?
From the people that I have observed who get military disability, it appears to be just an automatic thing you get when you retire. It also seems like a scam to me.
